(A) Back home we go. That’s the plan, anyway. Our flight out of New York was delayed a few hours, but we were notified early and didn’t have to receive the news at the airport. That made our morning a bit less hectic.
LaGuardia is a pretty nice airport, though the “nice airport” bar is set mighty low. I’ve never seen longer lines for security, but I’ve also never seen lines move so quickly and efficiently. We got through and were treated to a great selection of breakfast restaurants as well as a lovely dancing water fountain. Water, illuminate, cascaded down from the ceiling and then was squirted into little arcs.
Now we’re waiting for our flight to Dallas.
